Digital Gift Card Terms

This is a digital gift card. No physical card will be posted.

The gift card will be sent electronically to the email address selected during purchase. No delivery charge applies.

Gift cards:

• can be redeemed online at thefossilshop.co.uk;

• are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase;

• can be used across more than one order until the balance is exhausted;

• cannot be exchanged for cash;

• cannot be used after their expiry date; and

• should be kept secure, as the gift-card code can be used by anyone who has access to it.

If an order paid for using a gift card is refunded, the relevant amount will normally be returned to the gift card.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel the purchase of an unused gift card by notifying us within 14 days of purchase.

Once a gift card has been used, in whole or in part, please contact us before requesting cancellation so that we can assess the remaining balance and any applicable statutory rights.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the gift card is faulty, cannot be used as described or was supplied incorrectly.
